The 6 horses that make up this syndicate are as follows:
Mahler filly Yearling
Out of He Said She Said, who is by the great broodmare sire Presenting and is a half sister to the grade 1 winning Massini’s Maguire. This filly’s half brother by Flemensfirth made 50,000 euros at last year’s Tattersalls Ireland November Sale. Mahler is one of Coolemore’s top National Hunt Stallions, being a proven sire of quality with horses such as Chris’s Dream, Annie Mc and Ms Parfois.
Telescope Colt Yearling
Out of the lightly raced Bella’s Vision (by leading French sire Vision D’Etat) who is half sister to the recent winner Saint Dalina and black type performer Mon Lino. The family has strength in depth with Don Poli, Debece and Dulce Leo. Telescope is new to the National Hunt Stallion ranks with his eldest crop being 3yo. He was a group 2 winner himself by arguably the greatest Stallion ever in Galileo. His first crops have been well received at the sales with plenty of good judges buying them.
Westerner Filly 2yo
This strong filly is by proven sire Westener and hails from the family of Life Of Lord, The Romford Pele, Lion In His Heart and College Daisy. Her dam has already proven her ability to produce a good horse with her half brother winning for Colin Tizzard and reaching a rating of 138.
Blue Brasil Gelding 2yo
Out of multiple winning mare Bella (by Johann Quatz a son of Saddlers Wells), who is a full sister to Grade 3 winner Sweet My Lord and out of the 13 time winning mare Hasta Manana. Blue Brasil is one of the most sought-after National Hunt Stallions currently and has recently been purchased by Glenview Stud to stand in Ireland from Yorton Stud. His stock is very well accepted by leading judges and often results in them being in the top 10 sale prices at each sale.
Black Sam Bellamy Filly 3yo
Out of the Turgeon winning mare Ma Councha, a half sister to Zandalee who is also the dam of leading young French stallion Beaumec Du Houelle. Her half sister by Kapgarde is currently in training with Fergal O’brien. Black Sam Bellamy is a full brother to the imperious Galileo and has proven himself as a leading national hunt stallion with the likes of The Giant Bolster, Sam Brown, Tidal Flow and Sam Spinner.
Soldier of Fortune Gelding 3yo
This Gelding is an imposing son of the fashionable and upcoming stallion Solider Of Fortune. He has lovely walk and is already showing lots of promise for the sales next year. He needs to fill out a bit more but this will come as his work is stepped up in preparation for the sales. Not only has he got a great physicality which he is growing into but his pedigree backs this up, being out of a full sister to King’s Palace who in turn is out of Sarah’s Quay.
How is your money invested in this syndicate:
£73,000 is the capital cost for the purchase of the 6 horses in the syndicate
£68,000 is for the keep for all 6 horses until they are sold in the summer when they are 3 years old
£39,000 is the contingency fund to cover the insurance of the horses and any unexpected vets costs etc (we don't anticipate needing to use this fund other than to cover the insurance costs)
The remaining amount of the contingency fund will be returned to investors at the end of the syndicate term.
Members can request the syndicate accounts at any point in the syndicate term and will be supplied to everyone at the end of the syndicate term.
How does TopSpeed Thoroughbreds make any money from the pinhooking syndicates:
